All software architecture designs, codebases, glassmorphic UI components, graphics, documentation, and wordmarks ('CRAIGIA', 'Craigia Digital Sphere') are the exclusive intellectual property of Craigia Digital Sphere Ltd.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or scraping of any proprietary code or UI design without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our platforms or networks without authorized written consent.

Any transmission of malicious code, spam bots through our demo forms, or attempts to circumvent App Check and security rules will result in immediate IP blocking and reporting to regulatory authorities.

The informational content on this website does not constitute a binding commercial contract. All SaaS licensing, custom software engineering, and cloud deployment projects are governed by bespoke Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
